"I used this with my regular adhesive..."
I used this with my regular adhesive and it held perfectly with no lifting at all. i was annoyed because I’d been blaming my glue before, but clearly that wasn’t the issue. This did exactly what it was supposed to do.

"Pretty nice lace, but shipping dragged a bit"
My order did show up fine, and the lace looked really when I opened it at my kitchen table. I was making coffee at the time and got excited to check it out. The only thing is shipping took longer than I thought it would, so that was a little annoying. I did message support and they got back to me eventually, just not super fast. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t totally wow me either. Kind of middle of the road for me.

"Had to wait forever for support"
The lace itself was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. What really annoyed me was trying to get help from customer service. I felt like I was stuck waiting in some never-ending queue. I sent two emails and didn’t hear back until days later, and even then the reply was super short. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating

Had a little problem with my order and was kind of annoyed at first, but support got back to me the next day and fixed it without making it a big thing. It did take a bit longer than I wanted, but it worked out fine in the end. So yeah.

I’m picky when it comes to lace, but this one really impressed me. It feels soft without being flimsy, and the quality seems sturdy enough to hold up well. Definitely happy with it.

I got my lace and the texture was roughly 90% the same as my natural hair, maybe even closer. It blended in easily and didn’t have that weird shiny look some hair can have. I’ve worn it a few times now and I’m really happy with it.

"Fit was almost right, but of course not perfect for me"
I ordered my usual size from refinedlace.com, the fit was close to what I expected. The waist and length were good and not too tight, which was a relief because I feel like sizing never really works out in my favor.

The only issue was the top part felt a little loose on me, so I had to mess with it and adjust it a bit. It’s still wearable and looks nice, but I guess I just can’t get something that fits perfectly without having to fix something.

"Looks real for everyday wear"
I was surprised by how natural the hair looks. It’s not overly shiny or fake-looking at all, and the lace blends well with my skin. The hairline isn’t too perfect either, which makes it look more believable. You can wear it out in daylight and it still looks like your own hair. I’m really happy with it.

"Packaging gave me a good feeling right away"
My order showed up really nicely packed, and nothing was bent, scratched, or messed up at all. The box felt sturdy, and everything inside looked like it had been wrapped with care. i usually trust my instinct when I open a package, and this one made a solid first impression. Simple thing, but I was happy with it

I’ve had it for about two weeks now, the thing I remember most is bracing myself for hair everywhere like I’ve dealt with before. But so far, the shedding has been really minimal, which has been such a relief

"Wish I’d ordered sooner"
I ordered from refinedlace.com, the shipping was faster than I expected. My package showed up earlier than I thought it would, and the tracking updates were easy to follow the whole time. No delivery issues at all. I’m happy with how it went, just kind of regret waiting so long to place the order.

"I have washed this a few times..."
I have washed this a few times now, and the lace is still holding up well. I was expecting it to wear out faster, but it still looks nice. There is a little bit of shedding, but nothing too bad. I would give it 4 stars

The hair looked fine overall... like, not bad at all. But I was hoping I’d be able to style it a few different ways, and it just didn’t really work out. It felt kind of stiff, so moving it around or getting it to sit how I wanted was harder than I expected.

"My Hairline Actually Looks So Real"
